I built the BmCamera app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by me(Aung Ko Min) at no cost and is intended for use as is.
I am determined to protect and maintain your privacy. I am privileged to be trusted with your personal information and do not wish to jeopardize that trust.
I do NOT share your information with third parties, I do NOT collect or share your email addresses or phone number with sponsors or any third parties, and I do NOT run exclusive 'sponsored', 'phone calls' or 'sms' on behalf of third parties.

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the BmCamera App for your personal, non-commercial purpose. You may only use the BmCamera App on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
I disclaim all warranties about my App to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exits under law that cannot be disclaimed, I(Aung Ko Min), not Apple, shall be solely responsible
I do provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, I(Aung Ko Min), not Apple, shall be obligated to furnish any such main
I(Aung Ko Min), not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the Myanmar Lens App or use of it, including, but not limited to: (i) any product liability claim (ii) any claim that the BmCamera fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement and (iii) any claim arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed and admission that you may have such claims.
I shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the my App. To the extent I am required to provide indemnification by applicable law, I(Aung Ko Min), not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any claim that the my App or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
